Question 1 Makes NO Sense

Vote NO on 1. This deceptive Question on the November ballot would result in huge tax increases - nearly doubling the income tax rate for Massachusetts residents, small business owners, family farmers and homeowners. Question 1 makes no sense, when Massachusetts already has a giant budget surplus.
